Our farmhouse is situated in a beautiful, calm area, about 1 km from the village centre, 500 metres from the leisure centre Moorstrandbad (bathing lake) as well as 5 km from the ski area SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental.
There is a huge lawn which can be used for sunbathing or playing (deckchairs available), children's playground with swings, slides, rope ladder, sand pit, table tennis, basketball, and trampoline. In the house we offer a children's play room with Darts, table football and toys, a reading corner with books and magazines, and drying facilities for boots.
