"Brixentaler KochArt" - no fast-food in the Brixental valley

The “Brixentaler KochArt” is a grouping of various innkeepers who use products by local farmers and producers which are marked separately in the menus.

The members of the "BRIXENTALER KochArt” aim to use regional products in their cuisine which are indicated separately in their menus. Visitors of the Brixental valley as well as locals have thus the possibility to experience the region in a “multidimensional” way – they delight their sense of taste by regional top-quality products of local agricultures
