There are many reasons why the
Hohe Salve (1.829 m) is so popular with flying enthusiasts.
Great thermal conditions, the breathtaking scenery of the Kitzbühel Alps and the central position of the mountain railway attract so many pilots to Hopfgarten.
During a flight you will conquer a height difference of 1.000 m in 10 to 15 minutes, depending from where you start.
